4. Tell them your original flight needs to be canceled, so that money is credited to your SW account
5. They will reschedule you to fly into San Antonio Airport and the credited money will go towards that ticket
6. The only money you would potentially have to pay is the difference in ticket prices.

HOTEL
Moody Gardens
You will not be required to cancel your reservation with the Moody Gardens. All reservations have been cancelled and transferred to the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort. However, it is required that you contact the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort as follows:

1. Individuals that made their reservations before September 10 need to call the Hyatt just to confirm their reservations and give them your credit card information
2. Individuals that made their reservations after September 10 and those still needed reservations will need to call the Hyatt and make their own reservations.

4. Please note that everyone must call the Hyatt.
